We charge a £100 consultation fee which also secures your appointment.

This can be redeemed against any treatment you have on the day of your consultation and is paid via a secure payment link sent to your email address.

Cancellation policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation period and request that you contact the clinic prior to the 48 hour period

This can be an email, call or voicemail as long as it is received prior to this period.

Unfortunately, if you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period, £100 will be charged before you can rebook.

If you cancel or reschedule on more than 3 consecutive occasions within the 48 hour cancellation period a non-refundable £100 will be charged.

This can be redeemed when you come into clinic and have a treatment but is non refundable, regardless of if you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period
